In general, the hotel was clean. The location was favourable and magnificent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The venue was a nice comfy base for enjoying a peaceful area. We enjoyed being in this property...

the room was half clean the beds spread smell really bad we had to go to walmart and buy bed clothes they did not come in and clean the room until after we check out we was not please as you can see never again

I enjoyed the hotel overall. It was a beautiful place. the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. the location was favorable, next to Hollywood Casino and tourist areas or fishing spots.

Proximity to New Orleans for work as I work in the motion picture industry...when New Orleans hotels were spiking their rates as much as 300% this hotel didn't increase rates at all. Also excellent proximity to beaches as well, as I was finally able to enjoy that on the last day I stayed.
It's not the Hyatt Regency but for the price it was one of the better values out there. Will use this hotel again in the future..

I enjoyed the cozy decor in the lobby area, with its warm colors and comfortable seating. the hotel's easy layout made it simple for us seniors to navigate, with everything close by and accessible. It felt like a welcoming place for older folks like me.
Would appreciate more assistance from the young staff for senior guests.

The motel's location is fantastic, only a short 10-15 minute walk from a gift shop. the room was affordable and came equipped with a cozy bed, TV, and comfortable furniture. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist.

Upon checking in, I discovered the room reeked of cigarette smoke. the receptionist offered to help with Fabreze, but the smell lingered on everything. However, the laundry room was a bonus, and the ice machine worked well. the motel is clean, quiet, and a good value for the price. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
